RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPOINTING THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID) BOARD OF
DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) has been established
and requires a Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appoint a variety of business community
members to the BID Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall be appointed to the
BID Board with terms expiring June 30, 2009:
Sharon Christovich, Folk Art Gallery, 1321 Fourth St.
Jaime Ortiz, Bank Of Marin, 1101 Fourth St.
Ron Bolds, Bolds Insurance, 1447 Fourth St.
Steve Mack, Framing Interiors, 1325 Fourth St.
John Godsey, Fourth Street Press, 882 Fourth St.
Stan Gibbs, Art Works Downtown, 1337 Fourth St.
Joelle Jones, Rafael Town Center, 1050 Court St.
Noah Berry, Broken Drum, 1132 Fourth St.
Barry Lazarus, Red Devil Records, 894 Fourth St.
Maika Llorens, Sabor of Spain, 1303 Fourth St.
Jennifer Islas, Pleasures of the Heart, 1310 Fourth St.

I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, CLERK of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, at a special meeting, held on the 20`h day of June 2007, by the
following vote, to wit:
