(Term of Agreement: February 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, with a total budget amount not -to -exceed $180,000) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution c. Resolution of Appreciation for Recipient of 2016 San Rafael Citizen of the Year Award (CM) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution d.
