a) Section 14.03.030 of the San Rafael Municipal Code Zoning Definitions to Revise the
Definition for Seasonal Outdoor Eating
b) Sections 14.05.020, 14.05.022, 14.06.020, 14.08.020 (Table of Land Use Regulations) for the
Regulation of Outdoor Eating Areas on City Sidewalks and Public Rights -of -Way
C) The Addition of a New Subsection in Chapter 16 (Site and Use Standards) for Outdoor Eating
Areas on City Sidewalks and Rights -of -Way
