Present: Lawrence E. Mulryan, Mayor
Albert J. Boro, Councilmember
Dorothy L. Breiner, Councilmember
Michael A. Shippey, Councilmember
Joan Thayer, Councilmember
Absent: None
Also Present: Pamela J. Nicolai, City Manager
Jeanne M. Leoncini, City Clerk
1. INTERVIEW OF ADDITIONAL APPLICANT RE FILLING OF TWO (2) POSITIONS ON THE
CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION (CC) - File 9-2-24
Council interviewed James Boughey and then considered all applicants to fill
two positions on the Cultural Affairs Commission, including:
Erika Zak Bencich, Gratis E. Landley, Beatriz Manzo, Glenn David Mathews, and
Phillip Ramirez
After discussion, Councilmember Thayer moved and Councilmember Shippey
seconded, to reappoint James Boughey to a 4 -year term to expire the end of
April, 1995.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
Councilmember Boro moved and Councilmember Shippey seconded, to appoint Beatriz
Manzo to a 4 -year term to expire end of April, 1995.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Boro, Breiner, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
