a. Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Chair to Execute the Board’s
Response to the March 10, 2016 Marin County Grand Jury Report Entitled "2015-16 Web
Transparency Report Card: Bringing Marin County’s Local Governments to Light” (CM)
Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution
