SERVICES WITH MIG, INC. FOR ASSISTANCE IN
DEVELOPMENT OF
THE NORTH SAN RAFAEL VISION

Whereas, the parties entered into an agreement dated July 15, 199X for professional services in the
development of the North San Rafael Vision; and,
Whereas, section "E" of the Agreement allows the parties to extend the Agreement for an additional
three months upon approval of the parties and the City Manager; and,
Whereas, the parties desire to extend the Agreement to November 30, 1997;
NOW, therefore, the parties agree as follows:
Agreement
1. Section "E" of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following language:
"E. TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall be for 18 months
commencing on July 15, 1996, and ending on November 30, 1997."
2. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to
Agreement as of the day and year first set forth above:
