PUBLIC HEARINGS: 17 Public Hearing - City -Initiated Urgency Ordinance to Amend Section 14.03.030 of Title 14 of the San Rafael Municipal Code to Revise Definitions of Dwelling Unit and Kitchen and Establish a New Definition of Wet Bar to Limit the Potential for Creation of Illegal Dwelling Units Without benefit of Required Use Permits. Also Proposed is an Added Section to Chapter 16 (Site and Use Regulations) of the Zoning Ordinance to Add Regulations for a Wet Bar, and Other Amendments Necessary to Address Problems with the Creation of Illegal Units (CD) Explanation: ITEM CANCELED AT THE REQUEST OF STAFF.
