LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, and Ex -officio Clerk of the Council of said City, do hereby certify that the foregoing Charter Ordinance No. 1480 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLASSIFIED) DISTRICT TO P -C-114 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT (1220 Andersen Drive) is a true and correct copy of an ordinance of said City and was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, held on the 19th day of _I/iarch , 1984, published as required by City Charter in the Independent -Journal , a newspaper published in the City of San Rafael and passed and adopted as an ordinance of said City at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 2nd day of April 1984, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILKEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Nave, Russom & Mayor Mulryan NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCILNIEMBERS: None u 0 WITNESS my hand and the official seal of the City of San Rafael this 21st day of . LEONCINr_, City Clerk r- 3 ORDINANCE NO. 1480 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM "U" (UNCLAS- SIFIED) DISTRICT TO P -C -M (PLANNED COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT (1220 Andersen Drive) THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael, California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Muni- cipal Code is amended by reclassifying the following real property from "U" (Unclassified) District to P -C -M (Planned Commercial and Light Industrial) District. Said property so reclassified is located at 1220 Andersen Drive, San Rafael, and is more par- ticularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California commonly known as Assessor's Parcels 18-180-31, 37, 39 & 40 together with the 30 foot width portions of abandoned Jacoby Street right-of-way contiguous to Parcels 18-180-37, 39 & 40, said property also shown as Parcels One, Two and Three on that certain map entitled "Parcel Map - Being a 'Reversion to Acreage' and a Resubdivision of the Lands of the San Rafael Redevelop- ment Agency (A Body Politic) and Pacific Gas & Electric Company, San Rafael, Marin County, California" dated March 1984 as filed with the City of San Rafael and to be recorded, said property more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most Northerly point of Parcel 2, as shown upon that certain parcel map entitled "Parcel Map, Lands of Quail Hill, Inc.", filed for record June 29, 1958 in Volume 15 of Parcel Maps, at Page 38, Marin County Records, said point being also the most Northerly point of Parcel One of aforementioned Reversion to Acreage and Re- subdivision, said point being also a point on the southwesterly Right -of -Way of Andersen Drive; thence along the following courses and distances: South 38• 26' 50" West, 606.90 feet; South 49. 31' 19" East, 70.51 feet; South 69. 35' 29" East, 82.00 feet; North 80. 19' 36" East, 163.00 feet; South 77. 01' 25" East, 116.60 feet; South 48. 36' East, 95.59 feet; South 12. 13' East, 406.05 feet; South 43. 10' East, 176.78 feet; South 52• 28' East, 245.25 feet; South 66. 49' East, 91.93 feet; South 84• 06' East, 384.71 feet; North 72 • 59' East, 116-60 feet; North 69. 54' East, 203.57 feet; South 81. 32' East, 204.80 feet; South 57. 15' East, 20.46 feet; and North 41 • 27' 18" East, 7.415 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of Andersen Drive; thence along said Southwesterly line North 49. 05' 59" West, 1970 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Containing 21.5 acres, more or less. ORIGINAL - 1 - DIVISION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in full before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.
