ORDINANCE NO. 1290
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED BY REFERENCE BY
SECTION 14.15.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO RECLASSIFY
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM M -1-H (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO
U (UNCLASSIFIED) DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
DIVISION 1. The Zoning Map of the City of San Rafael,
California, adopted by reference by Section 14.15.020 of the Municipal
Code is amended by reclassifying the following described real property
from M -1-H (Light Industrial) District to U (Unclassified) District.
Said property so reclassified is located at 742 Francisco Boulevard
(B -Bar -A Trailer Ranch), and shown as County Assessor's Parcel
18-011-06.
DIVISION 2. This zoning shall become effective in accord-
ance with Section 65859 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
DIVISION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once in full
before its final passage in a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published, and circulated in the City of San Rafael, and shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1290 was read and
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Rafael held on Monday the sixth day of February 1978, and
ordered passed to print by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mul ryan and Mayor Betti ni
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mi s ki men and Nixon
and will come up for adoption as an Ordinance of the City of San Rafael
at a reqular meeting of the Council to be held on the 21st day of
February 1978.
