Designation of Voting Delegate and Voting Alternate for 2005 League of California Cities Annual Conference, from Thursday, October 6 through Saturday, October 8 in San Francisco (CC) 3. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Planning Services with Lisa Newman for Continued Assistance as Project Planner for "Academy Heights" and "Chapel Cove" Projects, Increasing the Budget for the Agreement from $75,000 to $105,000 and Extending the Term through December 31, 2006, with all Costs Reimbursed by the Project Developers Through Cost Recovery (CD) 4. Summary of Legislation Affecting San Rafael (CM) RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING ACTION: Approve staff recommendation. Adopt Resolution. Approve staff recommendation. 5. Resolution Approving a Contract (CSCC-4109) with the Adopt Resolution. Department of Education to Provide Quality Improvements in the School -Age Child Care Program in the Amount of $2,245 and Authorizing the City Manager to Sign Contract Documents (CS) American Sign Language interpreters and assistive listening devices may be requested by calling (415) 485-3198 (TDD) or (415) 485-3064 (voice) at least 72 hours in advance.
