4. Approval of Annual Report and Audit for the San Rafael Approve Annual Report and
Redevelopment Agency and Forwarding to City Council for Review and Audit; forward to City Council

AGENCY CONSIDERATION:
5. Resolution Approving Execution of a $50,000 Grant Agreement with Buckelew Community Housing
Development Organization, Inc. (RA)

Recommend adoption of Resolution.
