Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council / Successor Agency Meeting of September 6, 2016 (CC) Recommended Action – Approve as submitted b. Resolution Repealing Resolution No. 13794 and Re-Adopting the Fair Political Practices Commission’s Model Conflict of Interest Code, with an Updated List of Designated Official and Employee Positions and Disclosure Categories, as the City’s Conflict of Interest Code (CC) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution c. Acceptance of Affirmations of Confidentiality of Closed Sessions for Human Resources Director Stacey Peterson, Public Works Director Bill Guerin, Director of Economic Development and Innovation Danielle O’Leary, and Director of Homeless Planning and Outreach Andrew Hening (CC) Recommended Action – Accept report d. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Purchasing and Professional Services Agreements with Kronos Inc. to Upgrade and Provide Cloud Hosting Services for the Fire Department Shift Scheduling Software (Workforce Telestaff), and Ongoing Cloud Hosting, Support, and Training Services for Such Software for a One-Year Period, in an Amount Not to Exceed $40,000, and to Renew Such Annual Subscription Services for Four Additional One-Year Terms (FD) Recommended Action – Approve staff recommendation e. Resolution Approving the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and the Stormwater Management Facilities Agreement for the Lands of Coyne (2468 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael, California) (PW) Recommended Action – Adopt Resolution i.
