RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING A PARCEL MAP ENTITLED, "PARCEL MAP — LANDS OF RICHARD
H. SCETTRINI & VIRGINIA SCETTRINI O'NEILL 3126 OR 173 AND MAVIS M.
PARETO, TRUSTEE D.N. 1999-0018293 ", SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA.
(A.P.N.'S 013-111-08 & 013-111-09)
(236-238 WOODLAND AVENUE AND 240 WOODLAND AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, State of California, on
April 10, 2001, adopted Planning Commission Resolution No.01-16, approving the Tentative
Subdivision Parcel Map (S00-14) for 236-238 Woodland Avenue and 240 Woodland Avenue
(APN 13-111-08 and -09) entitled " Parcel Map -LANDS OF RICHARD H. SCETTRINI &
VIRGINIA SCETTRINI O'NEIILL 3126 OR 173 AND MAVIS M. PARETO, TRUSTEE D.N.
1999-0018293". " and granting an exception with the required findings to permit lot widths of 48
feet pursuant to San Rafael Municipal Code Chapter 15.52
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the Parcel Map attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" is in conformity with the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance Title
15 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, and that it is satisfied with the plan of the subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, California, that the parcel map of said subdivision, attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
approved by the Planning Commission of said City on April 10, 2001, and entitled, PARCEL
MAP — LANDS OF RICHARD H. SCETTRINI & VIRGINIA SCETTRR* I O'NEILL 3126 OR
173 AND MAVIS M. PARETO, TRUSTEE D.N. 1999-0018293 ", be and the same is hereby
approved, and that the City Clerk of said City be and she is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the certificate upon the face of the map of the approval thereof and, to transmit said map
to the Recorder of Marin County.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 1 st day October of 2001, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER: None
