PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
AFRNAI)F.TTF. PAYNF
WHEREAS, Bernadette Payne has served as a 1VoCunteer Program
.Advisory Committee member since 1997; and
WHEREAS, Bernadette has donated many hours of voCunteer time to
theCity during her tenure and with various community
projects such as the Neighborhood Cleanup Days, the annual
Daffodil Planting Days and the Falkirk Summer Concert;
and
WHEREAS, Bernadette has been an enthusiastic supporter of the City
and the 1VoCunteer Program, contributing thoughtfulness,
creativity, andkindness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of San RafaeChereby express their sincere appreciation to Bernadette
Payne for her dedication and service on behalf of the City of San RafaeC and
the 'VoCunteer Program .Advisory Committee.
