PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO

WHEREAS, Jacek Sochan has served as a 'Volunteer Program .Advisory
Committee member since February z000; and
WHEREAS, Jacek has donated many hours of volunteer time to the City
during his tenure with various community projects such as
the Neighborhood Cleanup Days and Cesar Chavez
Celebration; and
WHEREAS, Jacek has been an enthusiastic supporter of the City and the
'Volunteer Program who has helped with various aspects of
volunteer recruitment including staffing volunteer booths
and aiding in artwork and design projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City CounciC of
the City of San R.afaeC hereby express their sincere appreciation to ,Jacek
Sochan for his dedication andservice on behalf of the City of San RafaeCand
the 'Volunteer Program .Advisory Committee.
