RESOLUTION NO. 10888
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENT WORK AT THE VISTA MARIN SUBDIVISION.
(EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING JULY 10, 2002)
Upon application by the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown this City
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within
which the construction of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between
the City of San Rafael and Standard Building Company, Inc., as Subdivider, shall be completed,
is hereby extended to July 10, 2002. This extension shall not become effective unless and until
said subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said
Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of the statute of
limitations for the period of said extension.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the
Council of said City held on Monday the 6th day of August, 2001, by the following vote, to wit:
