CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
LARRY PAUL
WHEREAS, Larry Paul has served on the Design Review Board for 10 years,
improving the quality of new construction in San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Larry has served three years as co-chair of the North San Rafael
Vision in Action (VIA) Committee implementing plans for North
San Rafael's revitalization and beautification; and
WHEREAS, Larry has previously served on the St Vincent's/ Silveira Citizens
Advisory Committee, the Downtown Vision Committee, and the
Downtown Advisory Group (DTAG); and
WHEREAS, Larry is presently a member of the General Plan 2020 Steering
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Larry's personal commitment is to devote at least one night of his
time every week to community service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby commends Larry Paul for his tireless and selfless efforts
on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council recognizes Larry Paul as one of
San Rafael's most valued community leaders.
