CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
ROSELLA RHINE
WHEREAS, Rosella Rhine is a City volunteer who has helped coordinate
the City's Volunteer Program for the past year; and
WHEREAS, Rosella has almost single-handedly put together the Volunteer
Program Newsletter, serving both as writer and editor; and
WHEREAS, Rosella has contributed many hours of work toward increasing
the efficiency of the Volunteer Program, including rewriting
and categorizing all volunteer job descriptions; and
WHEREAS, Rosella has assisted with marketing for both the Volunteer
Program and City Hall at the Mall, and has served as press
contact extraordinaire for the Volunteer Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Rafael express their sincere appreciation to Rosella Rhine
for her creative and professional services on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
