CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
GABRIELLE DEMB SKI
WHEREAS, Gabrielle Dembski has been active in San Rafael as a resident and member of the Santa
Margarita Neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, In September, 2000, Gabrielle was appointed by the San Rafael City Council to the
North San Rafael Vision In Action (VIA) Committee charged with creating an action
plan to promote and sponsor projects to implement Vision North San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Gabrielle volunteered for nine months to implement the goals and policies of Vision
North San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Gabrielle was a voice for the interests of youth to improve youth services, and to assist
the Committee with the design of the new Terra Linda Recreation Center pool; and
WHEREAS, Gabrielle attended the VIA Committee meetings and was commended for her complete
and professionally presented meeting notes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council hereby express sincere
appreciation and gratitude to Gabrielle Dembski for her substantial contribution of time and effort to
implement Vision North San Rafael, and for her commitment to the betterment of the San Rafael
community.
