RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

WHEREAS, Ross began his career with the City of San Rafael
Department of Community Services on December 15, 1999;
and
WHEREAS Ross has an exemplary attitude in that he is friendly,
helpful, courteous and takes great pride in his work; and
WHE IAEA -S, Ross demonstrates an outstanding ability to go above and
beyond his job description, accepting all assignments,
anticipating needs, and completing tasks with a pleasant,
confident demeanor; and
WHE'RE7\5, Ross has become an essential part of the Community
Services Department team, willingly assisting all divisions;
and
WHEREAS, Ross is appreciated by Department customers and patrons
of all ages and interests, and is well respected by his co-
workers as an individual who sincerely cares about people;

of the City of San Rafael designate Ross Morrison as the Employee of the
Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2000 and express sincere appreciation for
his dedication, professionalism and outstanding service to the residents
and employees of the City of San Rafael.
