A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENT WORK - "WOODLAND TERRACE HOMES SUBDIVISION"
(EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING MARCH 16, 2002)
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown
this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construction
of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Woodland Terrace, LLC, as Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby
extended to and includes the 16th day of March, 2002.
I, Jeanne M. Leoneini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 5th' day of March, 2001, by the
following vote, to wit:

Dear Cheng,
We are writing to request an extension of the subdivision agreement between the City of
San Rafael and Woodland Terrace LLC.
We are substantially complete on six of the ten units and we are closed in on the
remaining four units. First occupancy will occur shortly on the BMR unit with other
sales following closely.
We expect to complete the project this year and request an extension of one year to our
subdivision agreement.
