Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Miller Pacific Engineering Group for Geotechnical Engineering Services Associated with San Rafael Fire Stations 52 and 57, and the New Public Safety Center, in an Amount not to Exceed $81,000 (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter Into a Professional Services Agreement with Alta Planning and Design to Assist with the Update of San Rafael's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, in an Amount not to Exceed $60,000 (PW) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution PUBLIC HEARINGS: 4.
