PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

FRANK MYLES
WHEREAS, Frank Myles, Police Dept. Volunteer, has been serving as a
volunteer with the City of San Rafael since November 1, 1989. Frank has donated 2,636
hours of service to this department; and
WHEREAS, Frank has freely given those hours of his time to assist the
Police Department in its mission; and
WHEREAS, Frank has provided invaluable assistance to the Information
Services Bureau over the past 10 years taking on numerous tasks; and
WHEREAS, Frank shares the responsibilities of the court run duties,
filing, and conducting community outreach through the "Are You O.K.?" program; and
WHEREAS, Frank has a very outgoing and congenial personality, and is
always warm and friendly to all.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Council of San Rafael hereby extend their appreciation and thanks to Frank Myles for his
outstanding and dedicated service to the City of San Rafael as a member of the Police
Department Volunteer Program..
