A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO
EXTEND TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK -
"VISTA MARIN SUBDIVISION"
(EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING JULY 10, 2001)
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown
this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construction
of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Building Standard Company, Inc., as Subdivider, shall be completed, is
hereby extended to July 10, 2001. This extension shall not become effective unless and
until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company
upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of
statute of limitations for the period of said extension.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 18"i. day of January, 2000, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
