A Resolution of the San Rafael City Council amending the
1999/2000 Budget
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 10445 adopting the Fiscal
Year 1999/01 two year budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 10597 amending the Fiscal
Year 1999-2000 budget, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for some City operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council a report
outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due consideration, the City
Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto and made part
hereof and is designated as Exhibit "I".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the San Rafael City Council that
Resolution 10597 for fiscal year 1999-2000 is amended as provided in Exhibit "I" to
provide an additional $425,000 for current expenditures for the funds listed on Exhibit

foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 17`h of April 2000 by the following
vote, to wit:
