CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
Mike McGuire
WHEREAS, the North San Rafael Vision calls for "Community Gateway Beautification"
as a community priority; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association and the City of San Rafael
has formed a partnership to enhance the entry way on Del Ganado Road; and
WHEREAS, through this partnership the Del Ganado Gateway Beautification Project
was undertaken; and
WHEREAS, Mike McGuire was the project manager for the neighborhood association
and guided the project to its fruition; and
WHEREAS, on April 22"d, the Santa Margarita Neighborhood Association celebrated
the completion of the Del Gateway Beautification Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Rafael
does hereby extend its appreciation to Mike McGuire for his dedication and tireless
efforts on the Del Ganado Beautification Project.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on the 19"' day of June, 2000 by the following vote, to wit:
