A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TWO PARAMEDIC AMBULANCES
FROM LEADER INDUSTRIES, INC.
(in amount of $273,560.07)
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire Department Staff
to solicit bid for two Paramedic Ambulances; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department Staff with the sanction of the City
Attorney's Office, joined with the Southern Marin Emergency Medical System in
the joint purchase of ambulances; and
WHEREAS, the bids have been reviewed by Fire Department Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That Leader Industries, Inc. be designated as the low responsible bidder
for the ambulances in the amount of $273,560.07, and that the ambulances be
purchased for that price.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 17th day of JULY , 2000,
by the following vote, to wit:
