CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
WHEtREA5, on April 6, 1994, the City Council established the Budget Oversight
Committee (BOC); and charged the Committee to review City operations from the
private sector perspective and evaluate the cost effectiveness and efficiency of the
various City services; and
UUHEIREA5, on October 19, 1998, the Budget Oversight Committee became the
Strategic Financial Advisory Board (SFAB); with a redefined responsibility toward
identifying strategic issues and the related fiscal challenges posed by these issues;
and
WHEIREA5, Judy Denning has served as a member since July 21, 1997,
contributed many hours of service and dedication, and has assisted in making San
Rafael a better community in which to live and work.
IN= THE 1REFn RE, i3E T RE5nLUE l7 that the city council of the city
of San Rafael, by adoption of this Resolution, commends Judy Denning for her
record of voluntary service on the Budget Oversight Committee/Strategic and
Financial Advisory Board.
