CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
DOROTHY LOBEDAN
WHEREAS, Dorothy Lobedan has been a highly valued employee of the
City of San Rafael for the past twenty-one and a half years; and
WHEREAS, Dorothy worked for the Planning Department from December,
1978 to January, 1990, and
WHEREAS, for the past ten and a half years, Dorothy displayed great
professionalism, tact, grace, and a sense of humor in assisting the Mayor and
City Manager in making sure the administration of the City ran smoothly, and
WHEREAS, Dorothy's loyalty and dedication to her job and to the City of
San Rafael were unsurpassed, and
WHEREAS, Dorothy's presence will be greatly missed by City staff and
members of the public alike. Dorothy's keen wit, unique sense of humor, and
especially her laugh, will be missed throughout City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby expresses heartfelt appreciation to DOROTHY LOBEDAN
for her outstanding service to the City of San Rafael, and wish her much
happiness in the future.
