WHEREAS, Linda Bellatorre has served as a mer
Volunteer Program Advisory Committee for the two year

City Council of San Rafael express their sincere appreciation to Linda
Bellatorre for her outstanding service to the City of San Rafael as a
member of the Volunteer Program Advisory Committee.
