A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE LEASE PURCHASE OF
A SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS
FROM L.N. CURTIS & SONS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire Department Staff
to solicit bids for self contained breathing apparatus; and
WHEREAS, the bids have been reviewed by Fire Department Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That L.N. Curtis and Sons be designated as the low responsible bidder for
the breathing apparatus in the amount of $175,387 and that the Director of
Management Services lease purchase the breathing apparatus.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on 1s' day of March, 1999, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
