BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael as follows: WHEREAS, PG & E is requesting an easement from the City of San Rafael to provide electrical service to Sonnen BMW; and, WHEREAS, the City is desirous of facilitating the completion of the Sonnen BMW project; and, WHEREAS, the granting of this easement is the most efficient way of assisting PG & E in providing the required electrical service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Council of the City of San Rafael hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a grant of easement to PG & E for an underground electric service from a PG & E pole on City Property to the Sonnen BMW property line.
