A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE MILLENNIUM PARTY 2000
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council authorizes the expenditure of funds for goods &
services needed for the Millennium Party 2000, as detailed in Exhibit "A"
attached, and further
2. Authorizes the Director of Economic Development to execute agreements
for goods & services needed for the Millennium Party 2000 consistent
with this resolution as set forth in such agreements approved by the City
Attorney.

foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
members of the City Council of the City of San Rafael held on the 19t_hiay ofypr7_1,1999, by the
