A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL WAIVING FEES FOR THE MURAL ON THIRD AND
HETHERTON.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has received a written request for a
waiver of permit fees for painting a mural on the freeway overpass and bridge columns
at Third and Hertherton; and
WHEREAS, the Downtown Vision encourages public art at the
Hertherton Gateway; and
project.
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously waived fees for a similar
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council
does hereby waive permit fees for the Mural at Third and Netherton.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 7`h day of June 1999, by the following
vote, to wit:
