A Resolution of the San Rafael City Council Amending
the 1998/99 Budget
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 10363 amending the
Fiscal Year 1998/99 Budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for some City operations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council a report
outlining the additional budget items; and
WHEREAS, after examination, deliberation and due consideration, the City
Council has approved the same; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the amended budget is attached hereto and made
part hereof and is designated as Exhibit "I".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the San Rafael City Council
that Resolution 10363 is amended as provided in Exhibits "I" to provide an
additional $1,110,940 for current expenditures for the departments.
I JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 6th of July 1999 by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS : None
