A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9846 WHICH PERTAINS TO COMPENSATION
FOR PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, INTERMITTENT AND SEASONAL
WORKERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that the wages
herein established are on an hourly basis and that employees who work part-
time shall be paid for time actually worked. Effective the first payroll check
received in July 1999, and July 2000, the following wage classes, job
classifications and salary ranges, as designated in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B"
(attached hereto) are hereby established:
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 6th day of July, 1999,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Miller, Phillips and Mayor 0oro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

I understand that the position I have accepted
(position title), is outside the classified service system and that I am an at -will
employee. I acknowledge that my employment may be terminated with or
without cause or notice, at any time, at the will of the City of San Rafael, in its
sole discretion.
I understand that oral or implied contracts are void and that my at -will
employment relationship can be modified only in writing (contract or personnel
action form) ratified by the appointing authority.
