CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
CINDY MOSSER
WHEREAS, Cindy Mosser began working for the City of San Rafael in 1997 as an
Accountant, responsible for daily, monthly and annual accounting
and auditing requirements, plus the supervision of the accounts
payable and payroll functions; and
WHEREAS, Cindy has the responsibility to ensure accuracy in all City
accounting records and the safeguarding of the City's resources
through the use of proper financial controls and procedures; and
WHEREAS, Cindy routinely demonstrates the ability to pay attention to
accounting and policy details and she can always be counted on to
work as an effective member of the Management Services team in
analyzing and resolving financial problems for her customers - the
other Department staff; and
WHEREAS, Cindy Improved the budget process for the 1999-2001 period by
simplifying financial data required of Departments, thereby reducing
staff time necessary to complete the number crunching portion of
the budget development process; and
WHEREAS, since day one, Cindy has put in countless extras hours to insure
project completion was done timely and has approached her work
each and every day with an enjoyable attitude and the utmost
professionalism toward all those she encounters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby designate Cindy Mosser as 1999's Employee of the Quarter for the second
quarter of 1999 and express sincere appreciation to Cindy for her dedication,
professionali an ou ending service to the City of San Rafael.
