RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL WAIVING PAYMENT
OF FEES FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT
APPLICATION (ED 99-37) TO CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL STORAGE FOR
TRIPS FOR KIDS YOUTH BIKING PROGRAM
LOCATED AT 610 FOURTH STREET
WHEREAS, on April 9, 1999 Trips For Kids submitted an Environmental and Design
Review Permit application to construct additional storage for bicycles at the existing
facility located at 610 Fourth Street; and,
WHEREAS, on June 1, 1999, Trips for Kids received approval from the Planning
Division for the proposed Environmental and Design Review Permit; and
WHEREAS, Trips For Kids submitted a April 5, 1999 letter requesting a fee waiver in
the amount of $390.00 for an Environmental and Design Review Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of San Rafael that the
requirement for payment of Planning Division application fees for the design review
permit is hereby waived because the organization provides a needed community service;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any application fees which have been paid to date
for this permit shall be refunded to the applicant.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on Monday, the second day of August, 1999, by the following
vote, to wit:
