RHONDA KUTTER
WHEREAS, Rhonda Kutter has generously volunteered hundreds
of hours over the last two years coordinating the publication of the new
edition of the Canal Neighborhood Resource Guide; and
WHEREAS, In the course of her work on the new Canal Neighborhood
Resource Guide, Rhonda has contacted every agency listed in the Guide to
produce accurate and up-to-date information, and has overseen the data
entry, the layout, the printing, the publication, and the distribution of
the Canal Neighborhood Resource Guide; and
WHEREAS, The new edition of the Canal Neighborhood Resource Guide,
published in English and Spanish, will be an invaluable information and
referral tool for the residents of the Canal and for the agencies serving
those residents; and
WHEREAS, The new edition of the Canal Neighborhood Resource Guide,
would not have been published were it not for the hard work, expertise,
and persistence of Rhonda Kutter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby commends and thanks Rhonda Kutter for her
outstanding contributions to the community.
