RESOLUTION NO. 10487
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
Larry Gaskin
WHEREAS, the Citizens' Advisory Committee to the Police Chief
was established in September, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Citizens' Advisory Committee is comprised of sixteen San
Rafael residents representing individual neighborhoods
throughout the city; and
WHEREAS, the role of this committee has been to function as a liaison
between the office of the Chief of Police, the Police
Department and residents of the City of San Rafael involving
community oriented public service; and
WHEREAS, Larry Gaskin was one of sixteen volunteer members of the
COPS" Committee who contributed valuable input and
counsel involving community policing during the past year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council
hereby express sincere appreciation and gratitude to Larry Gaskin for his
generous contribution of time and effort put forth while serving on the Citizens'
Advisory Committee.
