A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOAN OF $10,000 TO MARIN
BOCCE FEDERATION FOR THE REPAIR OF COURTS E & F AT THE
AT THE SAN RAFAEL BOCCE CENTER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as
follows:
WHEREAS, the Marin Bocce Federation installed, and operates the San
Rafael Bocce Center in Albert Park; and
WHEREAS, Courts E & F at the San Rafael Bocce Center sustained
damage due to ground water intrusion; and
WHEREAS, the Marin Bocce Federation requires financial assistance to
repair Courts E & F;
NOW HEREBY BE IT RESOLVED: The City of San Rafael authorizes the
loan of $10,000 to the Marin Bocce Federation for the repair of Courts E
& F at the San Rafael Bocce Center with the provision that this amount
and all outstanding debts to the City be repaid in annual installments,
due by June 30 of each year, of $5,000 until such time as the debt is
paid in full.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on the 151 day of November, 1999 by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
