A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LOAN OF $10,000 TO MARIN BOCCE
FEDERATION FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE EXTERIOR FENCE
PROJECT AT THE SAN RAFAEL BOCCE CENTER ON OR BEFORE
DECEMBER 24, 1999
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as
follows:
WHEREAS, the Marin Bocce Federation installed, and operates the San
Rafael Bocce Center in Albert Park; and
WHEREAS, the Marin Bocce Federation has installed 50% of the exterior
fencing of the San Rafael Bocce Center; and
WHEREAS, the City desires the completion of the fencing project to
secure the San Rafael Bocce Center and enhance Albert Park; and
WHEREAS, the Marin Bocce Federation requires additional funds to
complete the exterior fencing project in 1999
NOW HEREBY BE IT RESOLVED: The City of San Rafael authorizes the
loan of $10,000 to the Marin Bocce Federation for the completion of the
exterior fence project at the San Rafael Bocce Center on or before
December 24, 1999, with the stipulation that the loan be repaid in full
on or before September 30, 2000.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City on the 1" day of November, 1999 by the following vote, to
wit:
