A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION
INSURANCE WITH UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY FROM
JULY 1, 1998 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2001.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has excess workers' compensation insurance with an
expiration date of June 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the City's broker, J&H Marsh & McLennan, has obtained a favorable quote of
$.1137 (per $100 of payroll) for a three year program from United States Fidelity
and Guaranty Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Assistant to City Manager is authorized to
renew the excess workers' compensation insurance with United States Fidelity and Guaranty
Company for the three year period from July 1, 1998 through June 30, 2001.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City the 15th day of June, 1998 by the following vote, to wit:
