A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO
EXTEND TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK -
"SUBDIVISION OF LANDS OF LAUREL PROPERTIES"
( FAIRHII.L DRIVE AT IDLEWOOD PLACE - A 4 LOT SUBDIVISION)
City Council,
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown this
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construction
of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Laurel Properties, as Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and
includes the 18th day of May, 1999. This extension shall not become effective unless and
until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company
upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond to said
continuance and waiver of stature of limitations for the period of said extension.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 4th day of May, 1998, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HELLER, MILLER, PHILLIPS & MAYOR KORO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: COHEN
