Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Regional Government Services (RGS) Joint Powers Authority for Finance Department Management and Administrative Services (CM) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution c. Resolution Approving an Agreement for the Provision of Aquatic Program Services by the City of San Rafael to the City of Novato at the Hamilton Pool Complex (CS) Recommended Action — Adopt Resolution d.
