RESOLUTION NO. 10001
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9998
WHEREAS, on February, 5, 1996, the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency
entered into an agreement with Harris & Associates to provide design and construction services
for the project entitled, 2nd, 3`d, & A Street Underground Utility District Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 9998 was adopted by the City Council on January 5,
1998 to authorize the Director of Public Works to execute an amendment to the existing
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the existing agreement can only be authorized by
the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael rescind Resolution NO. 9998.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City on Tuesday, the 20`h day of January, 1998, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: COHEN, HELLER, MILLER & VICE -MAYOR PHILLIPS
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: MAYOR BORO
