RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL APPROVING THE
PURCHASE OF A NEW CHILD CENTER
BUILDING AT VALLECITO SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Dixie School District has requested that the City of San Rafael
purchase a portable building to provide child care at Vallecito School; and
WHEREAS, the Dixie School Board has agreed to pay for the set up and
construction costs related to the installation of said building; and
WHEREAS, the new building will require an expenditure of up to and including
$65,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the child care program will fund this expenditure from child care
budget reserve funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael does approve an expenditure of up to and including $65,000.00 from Child
Care Division funds for the purchase of a portable classroom building at Vallecito
School.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 2nd day of February, 1998 . by
the following vote, to wit:
