A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF NINE (9) DEFIBRILLATORS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire Department Staff to
solicit bid for nine (9) defibrillators; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids solicited for the replacement
of defibrillators; and
WHEREAS, the bids received were reviewed by Fire Department Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following Action be taken:
That Heartstream be designated as the low responsible bidder for the nine (9)
defibrillators in the amount of $35,275.54.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on the 5th day of
JANUARY , 1998, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
