CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
TO
DE9&JE DER.
WHEWEAS, Dennie Dyer has devoted countless voht nteer hours to enhancing the City of San nfad and our
community, and
WHE9VEAS, Dennie has focussed much of his span time on eliminating the blight of graffiti from our community.
As a frnmdmg member of the Federation of San Rafael N-ighborhoods's Graffiti Abatement Program
and a member of the C14s Graffiti Committee, Dennie has been a leader in this effort; and
WHEIMU Dennie's involvement in graffiti abatement goes far beyond memberships on various committees. He
also takys a hands on approach to the proflan. For many years, he has single-handedly (well; maybe
he used both hands) n wovedgmfflti from his neighborhood and the doumtou n; and
WHE9IEAS, Dennids contributions are not limited to graffiti abatement. He has been a member of the Budget
Oversight Committee since its inception in Apri4 1994. As a member of this committee, Dennie has
aided the City in improving or creating numerous programs that adwnce the Citif s budget and
operational capabilities and
WHESVags Dennie has contributed greatly to improving the quality of fife in San !Rafael through his generous
participation in graffiti abatement efforts, the Budget Oversight Committee, and as a former member
of the Volunteer Program Advisory Committee.
