A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL TO EXTEND TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENT WORK—"SUBDIVISION OF LANDS OF
LAUREL PROPERTIES" (FAIRHILLS DRIVE AT IDLEWOOD
PLACE—A FOUR -LOT SUBDIVISION).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
WHEREAS, upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
San Rafael that the time within which the construction of the improvement work provided
for in that certain Agreement between the City of San Rafael and Laurel Properties, as
Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and includes the 18`" day of May,
1998. This extension shall not become effective unless and until said Subdivider files
with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said Subdivider's
Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of stature of limitations for the
period of said extension.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City on the 5"' day of May, 1997, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
